On the contrary, if the water temperature is too low, it will be extremely harmful to the work of the diesel engine.

Low temperature, deterioration of diesel combustion conditions in the cylinder, poor fuel atomization, increased combustion period after ignition, rough engine operation, aggravating damage to crankshaft bearings, piston rings and other parts, reduced power, and reduced economy.

• After combustion, the water vapor is easy to condense on the cylinder wall, causing metal corrosion.

• Combustion diesel may dilute the oil and deteriorate the lubrication.

• Incomplete fuel combustion causes gum to form, causing the piston ring to get stuck in the piston ring groove, the valve is stuck, and the pressure in the cylinder decreases at the end of compression.

• The water temperature is too low, the oil temperature is also low, the oil thickens, the fluidity becomes worse, the oil pump pump oil volume is small, so that the oil supply is insufficient, and the crankshaft bearing clearance becomes smaller, and the lubrication is poor.
