After-sales service
Dealers have professional engineering and technical personnel who can directly face customers and undertake tasks such as computer room design, guiding installation, debugging units, handling general faults, timely replacement of wearing parts and guiding customers' electricians. Dealers should generally respond to customers' fault complaints within 12 hours (except in remote areas).
There are 3-5 professional engineers in each office of the office, who are responsible for general computer room design, guiding installation, commissioning of medium-sized and above units, claim and replacement of unit parts during the warranty period, and handling of difficult faults. Guide and coordinate the technical personnel of the distributor. Each office has a small spare parts warehouse, which can meet the daily needs of consumables and common accessories, and can respond to fault complaints anywhere within 24 hours (except in remote areas).
The technical service center has more than 90 professional engineers, who are responsible for the design of large and medium-sized power station projects, engaged in the localization research and restructuring of units, the installation and commissioning of special units, the claim and replacement of unit components during the warranty period, the handling of difficult faults, and the organization of national advanced technical training. In Shenzhen, China, there are large spare parts warehouses and overhaul workshops, testing rooms and other institutions to meet the general unit large, medium repair and unit testing needs.
